30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. If Grill Cleaner 2.0 doesn't make grill cleaning easier, reach out within 30 days and we'll help with your return.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible, products should be returned in acceptable condition. Please include all included parts and, where possible, the original packaging. Items that are damaged due to misuse may not qualify for a full refund.

Contact support first
Before sending anything back, please contact our support team at contact@gratefules.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.
Refund processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Shopify Payments. Please allow [X business days] for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. We'll confirm the details when you contact us so there are no surprises.
Damaged or incorrect items
